Delivery Policy

£5 for local delivery (within 9 miles of Holton-Le-Clay)

Delivery locations that are further than 9 miles from Holton-Le-Clay will incur an additional delivery charge

​

Same day delivery is usually possible but cannot be guaranteed

​

If the recipient is not home, the flowers will be either left in a safe place, left with a neighbour or returned to the shop, and a delivery note will be left 

​

Bluebells Florist by Rachel will not responsible for the theft or damage of flowers if left in a safe place or left with a neighbour

Return & Exchange Policy

To cancel an order, you must call 01472 236949. In most cases, you will not be able to receive a refund if you have already paid, or will be charged in full if you have not already paid. This is because each floral arrangement is customised to the preference of each customer. However, if the floral arrangement has not been started at the point of cancellation, you will be able to receive a full refund if you have already paid, or will not be charged if you have not already paid.

If you are not satisfied with your product, you should make a complaint within 1 working day of the delivery or collection of your flowers because of the perishable nature of our products. We always endeavour to reach an agreement with the recipient for either a replacement or refund depending upon the nature of the complaint.
